In the summer of 2009 at the Tulalip Youth Services, Digital Smoke Signals trained a group of tribal youth for a period of 8 weeks on: story-boarding, script writing, conscious filming, equipment, location scouting, acting, digital media, filming, sound engineering, editing and final stage presenting their work. Project also entail training staff to continue multi-media project after Digital Smoke Signals finished the project. Total films 5 were completed.
